Dear Imperial College Alumni,
the setting for the 2010 ICCG Annual Event will be Luxembourg on October 15-17 2010. This event will once more be organized jointly with our sister IC Alumni Association in France, ICAAF.
The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is centrally located between France, Benelux and Germany, may be conveniently reached via plane, train or car and features an interesting economical mix, with a UNESCO World Heritage site to boot.
Like in the preceding years, we will be incorporating several acclaimed guest speakers as well as visits to local sights and companies, until we all depart Sunday after lunch. The traditional social event is planned for Saturday night, with an informal get-together for everyone upon arrival on Friday evening.
This year's speaker topics will follow up on the general theme we have set last year, titled "Sustainable Living in the 21st Century". Around this corner stone, we are seeking topics in these categories:
- Transport, Energy & Telecommunication
- Demography & Healthcare
- Economy & Finance
